JD-2035 anti-slip resin

JD-2035 anti-slip resin is a silane modification and addition of our nano anti-slip material polymerization of anti-slip resin, good adhesion on PET/PVC/OPP/ and other film substrate, excellent water resistance, can improve water resistance, dry and wet slip effect is good, film anti-slip resin.

Viscosity: 10-40S (4 cups)

2. Application:

JD-2035 can be applied to soft, hard plastic PET/PVC/OPP/ film substrates

It has the following characteristics:

High humidity and high temperature resistance (temperature 60 degrees Celsius, humidity 90 degrees constant temperature for 24 hours)

High wet and dry slip coefficient

Good adhesion

Scratch and wear resistance

Film forming hard, good adhesion resistance, good winding

3. Use:

Gluing amount 0.8-1 The amount of wire is 6-7g

The baking temperature is 75-100 degrees Celsius for 1 minute (depending on the manufacturer's equipment)

Manual coating should be used with curing agent, and cool to 5-10 minutes, with a blow can be dried quickly.
