Introduction
Epoxy color sand with mildew, anti - alkalization, waterproof, anti - leakage, high strength, wear resistance, dirt resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong adhesion and other characteristics.
Epoxy colored sand sealant belongs to reactive resin sealant, code-named RG, solvent-based epoxy colored sand, code-named (ⅰ); Waterborne epoxy colored sand, code name is (ⅱ). Decoration of indoor and outdoor ceramic tiles. It is also suitable for building various base surface acid - resistant tiles.

Construction preparation
1, tile glue or cement needs to be dry and solid, and the overflow of tile glue or cement in the gap should be cleaned up.
2, construction tools: rubber trowel, plastic scraper or tendon scraper, etc..
3, surface cleaning tools: 100 clean cloth, polyester sponge or absorbent cloth.
4. The construction temperature should be controlled above 8℃. Before the construction of epoxy sealant, if the ceramic tile substrate is too loose and the gap is large, please test whether it can be cleaned.
5. Mixing: mix component A and component B in the bucket according to the proportion, and mix evenly with A hand tool or A low-speed mechanical mixer for 1-2 minutes.
The mixing slurry should be used immediately. The mixing slurry should be placed within 25℃ for about 30-45 minutes. The higher the construction
temperature, the shorter the placement time. So in the AB two mixed should try to use up in the specified time.
The construction process
1. Use smooth hard rubber or silica gel plate to squeeze the slurry into the dry gap at a 45 degree Angle. Step by step in a small area, and pay attention to filling.
2. Then use hard rubber or silica gel plate to scrape the slurry on the ceramic tile as far as possible.
3. After filling the seam, clean it within 20 minutes. First break up the colored sand stuck on the surface of the tile with a wet cloth, and then clean it with a rag or sponge.
(Note: The cloth can be wet, try to wring dry, do not drip or too much water)
4. Light: after the completion of the second scrub. The interval varies from 80 to 240 minutes depending on the temperature (touch the epoxy sealant in the gap with your hand, it does not stick to your hand, and apply water to the surface of the gap without sand). Spray a little water on the surface of the gap, and use your fingers or wear PE film gloves to collect light.
5. Clean thoroughly with a wet wiper cloth after finishing.
Dry setting time:
It can be used normally on foot for about 24 hours under the condition of air temperature 25℃ and air humidity below 50%, and it can have stain resistance and chemical resistance function after about 7 days. Can be daily cleaning and maintenance. The lower the temperature, the longer the drying time.
Usage:
According to the construction method of ceramic tile size, seam width, depth, etc., there will be a difference of about 15%, the amount in the following table is only for reference. (side length + side length) ÷ (side length × side length) × seam width mm× depth mm×1.7 = usage/square meters (grams).

Decoration of indoor and outdoor ceramic tiles. It is also suitable for building various base surface acid - resistant tiles.
Need to have high mechanical strength and acid resistance of industrial plants in a large area of the ground seam filling (such as galvanizing plant, leather factory, storage room, paper factory, etc.).
Food industry (such as dairy products, cheese factories, slaughterhouses, wineries, wineries, cold storage plants), shops and places with a high level of cleanliness and tidiness construction requirements (ice cream parlors, butchers).
